Welcome to the Reserves at the Crossings website.
 
 
~ About us ~
Reserve at Crossings Master is conveniently located in Lake Mary, FL with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, entertainment complexes and medical facilities.  A Board of Directors, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees business of the Association's affairs.
 
This site was conceived as a homeowner resource providing both access to Association related information and a convenient means for homeowners to communicate with the Board of Directors and our Management Company.
 
Your Board of Directors anticipates this site will serve our members well by:
Keeping Homeowners informed concerning activities of the Association.
Improving communications between homeowners and their Board.
Fostering a better understanding of the Board's work.
Facilitating the implementation of Association policies.
Providing convenient homeowner access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
Improving and standardizing the implementation of the Rules and Policies.
Providing for future expansion of the site without costly redesign.

~ Architectural Review Board (ARB) ~
RESERVE @ THE CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATION
 
This form is to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval PRIOR to commencement of any work.  Mail Application to:  RESERVE @ THE CROSSINGS  C/O Sentry Management 2180 w. State Road #434, Suite #5000, Longwood, FL  32779-5044.  For additional information or assistance call:  Jennifer Raulson, LCAM, CMCA at (407) 788-6700, ext. 51308 / Fax:  (407) 788-7488.
 
The ARB committee are volunteers in the neighborhood who donate their time to review, approve or decline ARB applications. The committee has 45 days to response to your application. If they don't response in 45 days that means your application is disapproved. Please make sure no work is started before you get an approval. Once I get the results from the committee you will get an email with your results and then get an official letter in the mail. If you don’t get a response within 30 days please email  jraulerson@sentrymgt.comso she can follow up for you.
