About Us

Reserve at Crossings Master is conveniently located in Lake Mary, FL with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, entertainment complexes and medical facilities.  A Board of Directors, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees business of the Association's affairs.
 
This site was conceived as a homeowner resource providing both access to Association related information and a convenient means for homeowners to communicate with the Board of Directors and our Management Company.
 
Your Board of Directors anticipates this site will serve our members well by:
  • Keeping Homeowners informed concerning activities of the Association.
  • Improving communications between homeowners and their Board.
  • Fostering a better understanding of the Board's work.
  • Facilitating the implementation of Association policies.
  • Providing convenient homeowner access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
  • Improving and standardizing the implementation of the Rules and Policies.
  • Providing for future expansion of the site without costly redesign.
